  1. Please accept my deepest condolences, my heart goes out to you during this difficult time. May the hope of seeing your loved one again in the future, as our heavenly Father has promised, bring you comfort. John 11:24-25.

  2. Dear Elton Parsons was a very special friend of mine. We both served NAHB and he was there as the budget watchdog. We were friends thru the end. Loved him, he was a very special man. He spoke of his family so often and he loved them very much

  3. The Native American community and the community in Wichita owe a great deal of gratitude to Elton for his ability as City Project Manager to creatively and sensitively bring together tribes, donors, city, and federal officials to successfully plan then build one of the Nations 10 Bicentennial Projects, the Mid America All Indian Center in 1976, and to see to it that Blackbeard Bosins Keeper of the Plains sculpture became a major icon for the city today! He was an honest and dedicated person with an enormous heart of compassion and goodness for all. His contributions to friends and community will be sorely missed by all of us who had the good fortune to know him and work side by side as he worked his magic making this world a better place.

  4. Rest Elton, until you hear at dawn,
the low, clear reveille of God.

Thank you for your service to this nation.

  5. We would like to offer you and your family our deepest and most sincere condolences and may the soul of Elton rest in peace

  6. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
