Brown, Paula Jean, 38, Famhost administrative assistant, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Visitation with the family, 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M., Sunday, June 1, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral service 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 2, St. Patrick Catholic Church. Preceded in death by daughters, Autumn Marie Brown and Annalis Renee Brown and grandfathers, Lawrence Nichols and Paul Farmer. Survivors: husband, Jess D. Brown; sons, Cody Cox of Wichita and Daniel Brown of the home; daughter, Courtney Brown of the home; parents, Paul II and Shirley Farmer, of Wichita; sisters, Mary Farmer-Kaiser of Lafayette, LA and Lisa Ann Farmer of Wichita; parents-in-law, Donald and Linda Brown of Turon, KS; grandmothers, Wanda Farmer of Wichita; Mary Belle Nichols of Emporia, KS; grandmothers-in-law, Ioma Yandell of Long Beach, CA and Theo Brown of Pierre, SD. Dear Friends, Bob and I are out of town and cannot attend the Rosary and Mass, but want you to know that Paula and the family will be remembered in special prayers. We are so sorry for your loss.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time. I had the pleasure of getting to know Paula when visiting Wichita and will miss our pleasant talks when I called to Jaray.

We were shocked and saddened by the news of Paula’s passing. She was such a fun lady and I really enjoyed getting to meet her ! God Bless this whole family as they go through such a horrible experience.

Paul and Shirley, I was so sorry to hear about Paula. I dd not meet her in person, but talked to her frequently when I called to speak to others. She was always very kind and accomodating. My deepest condolences to all of you. Although it is difficult, try to remember that ‘Those who live in the hearts of others never die.’ I will keep you and your family in my thoughts.
SO SORRY TO HEAR OF YOUR LOSS. PAULA WILL BE MISSED. SHE WAS SUCH A FRIENDLY PERSON. SHE WAS MY BIZ YAK BUDDY. I NEVER MET HER IN PERSON, BUT I FEEL LIKE I KNEW HER. MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO HER FAMILY. I KNOW THERE ARE MANY OF YOU AND YOU WILL BE THERE FOR EACH OTHER.
I enjoyed Paula’s sweet kindness as she offered world class assistance when I made a boo-boo on JaRay. Our talks about family, health, and life will be cherished. Knowing the Farmer family is to know a family of God loving people. This is the strength on which we know you stand and that we pray will continue to provide you with the grace to carry you through this sad time in your lives.
My heart goes out to your family. Although my contact was only over the phone, I could always hear a smile in your voice. Thank you for the conversations that we have had. You will be in my prayers.
