Mary Catherine Clark

Clark, Mary Catherine, 95, of Wichita, Kansas, died Thursday, November 24, 2005 at Larksfield Place. Mary was born January 20, 1910 in Tonganoxie, Kansas, to Samuel E. and Josephine M. Kern. She was the oldest of 9 children and is survived by three sisters: Wanda Hennessey of Lynchburg, Virginia, Lucille Heberer of Mesa, Arizona and Jeanette Alumbaugh of Newton, Kansas. Mary married J. Russell Clark in 1936. He preceded her in death in 1965. Local surviving nieces and nephews include Robert Gruenloh of Wichita, Kansas, Lynna Alumbaugh, Jeannine Stults, Kathleen Havens and Gary Alumbaugh, all of Newton, Kansas. Mary is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews, residing out of state. A private graveside service was held for Mary on Monday, November 28, 2005. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 12, 2005 at 11:00 A.M., at Larksfield Place Retirement Community. Memorials have been established with Larksfield Sunflower Lane, 2828 N.
