Annette M. Brittain (Terhune) Kretchmar

Brittain Kretchmar (Terhune), Annette M., 82, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M., Friday, April 26, 2013; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 27, 2013, both at St. Jude Catholic Church. Annette had a heart of gold with a great love for her family and her faith. She will be greatly missed by her family and her friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Don Brittain; second husband, Ray Kretchmar; son-in-laws, Dale Piotrowski and George Fahnestock; grandson, Bill Brittain; brothers, Jim, Pete, Bob, and Don Terhune. Survived by her children, Mike (Francie) Brittain of Marble Falls, TX, Donnette Brittain (Rod Howard), Ricky (Terry) Brittain, DeeAnne Fahnestock, all of Wichita; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren. Annette enjoyed volunteering for more than 40 years at Birthline, a non-profit organization she helped to originate. She was also co-owner of Brittain Retail Liquor for almost four decades.
