Lavonne Sutton

Lavonne Sutton, 87, retired high school teacher and real estate agent, loving mom, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed surrounded by family, Sunday November 29, 2015. Lavonne first taught school as a teenager in Arkansas, later getting degrees in Business and Economics. A longtime resident of St James, Missouri, she also lived in many different cities across the USA. A world traveler, she was proud of her Ozark upbringing and her Scottish heritage. Lavonne is survived by her daughter Jenger, her son Steven, 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service Friday, December 4 at 1 pm at Downing & Lahey West, 10515 W. Maple.
