Russell Frost
Our hero, Russell Frost, 49, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away November 30, 2017. From his birth in Wichita, on August 13, 1968, to his untimely passing, he was the pillar of strength and love for everyone around him. He was born to Rosanne Benjamin and William Frost and was the third born of four boys. On August 12, 1995, he married the love of his life, best friend and the mother to his children, Tammie, in Dallas, Texas. In 2005, he began his career as a military contractor to provide for his family. Russell was the best kind of man. He was loving, gentle and often ornery, much to the delight of his children. Russell toughened up his girls, teaching them their value and showering them with all the love he had, even on the hardest of days. He loved his wife and wasnt afraid to let everyone know just how much. He adored his grandson and delighted in finally being able to do "guy stuff". Left to honor and carry on his profound legacy, is his beautiful wife of 22 years, Tammie; gorgeous daughters, Amanda (Jeff) Frost, Crystal Frost, and Madison Frost; spoiled grandson, Brixton Thompson; mother, Rosanne Cox; brothers, Mark (Dianna), Brian (Tara), and Rick Frost; sisters, Suzanne Jamerson and Geneva (Dave) Hughes; brother-in-law, Chris McGrew (Brynn); father and mother-in-law, Larry and Brenda Dudley; brothers-in-arms, Amr Mohamed and Waiel El-Maadawy, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents; father, William Frost, and sister Dorrie Dodge. Private services will be held at a later date. Russell will be missed beyond measure and could never be replaced. He leaves behind a strong foundation that will be built upon for generations to come. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
