Landwehr, Irene M., 89, homemaker, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Rosary, 7:00 P.M., Thursday, April 30; service, 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 1, both at Christ the King Catholic Church. Preceded in death by husband, Leander; grandson, Johnny. Survivors: sons, David Landwehr (Brenda), Kenneth Landwehr (Cindy) all of Wichita; brothers, Art Halsig of Great Bend, E. Louis Halsig of Hutchinson; sister, Edna Bradley (Delbert) of Wichita; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Memorials established with Christ the King Catholic Church, 4411 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67209 and Sisters Adorers of the Blood of Christ, 1165 Southwest Blvd., Wichita, KS 67213. Downing Lahey Mortuary West.
