Miss Lindamood was my teacher at Murdock Elementary School when I was in 2nd grade (1958). I have always remembered my time at Murdock with great fondness. It was a special group of teachers and principal James Stranathan was wonderful as well. She taught with many other wonderful teachers including Fannie Kitts, Evelyn Houck, and Clara Beltz are the other names I recall.
Ruth was a special friend of mine through Kappa Kappa Iota Teachers’ Organization. She was so gracious and I will miss her sweet smile. Blessings to her family. June Moore, PSP Gamma (KS).
