Margaret Bertha Dye

Margaret Bertha Dye Margaret (Black) Dye of Maize, Kansas, was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on July 11, 1932. She passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Margaret was the Assistant Director of Classification for Wichita Public Schools USD 259. She had a love for music and a beautiful voice along with being a great dance partner. Memorial Service, 2 p.m., Thursday, May 10, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. and Margaret Black, and brother, Paul Black. Survivors include her husband, William; sons, Stan (Nancy) Diskin, Mark A. Diskin all of Wichita; daughter, Debbie (John) Hillman of Cheney; stepdaughters, Dianna (Aaron) Balanoff of Carmel, IN, Darcy (Tom) DeVincke of Plymouth, MN; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
