Kenneth Ray Wyatt

Wyatt, Kenneth Ray, of Wichita, passed away on December 8, 2011 at Via Christi St. Joseph from heart and lung complications. Kenneth was born November 5, 1945 in Evergreen Park, Illinois, the son of Kenneth C. Wyatt and Eugene and Bertha M. (Dussl) Snook. Ken graduated from Mulvane High School and then attended Kansas State and Wichita State Universities where he received his Bachelors in business. He later went on to work at Boeing, dedicating over 40 years of service. Ken enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and traveling. He was a collector of many things and had a passion for photography, music, art and technology. He is preceded in death by his parents, step-father, and great-nephew, David Lee Cauffman II. He is survived by his sister, Ann Wyatt of Wichita; 3 nieces and 1 nephew, Julie Pope Cauffman (Richard Hanafin) of Haysville, Briana Pope of Aurora, CO, Jodie Fry and family and Brett Woodall, both of Texas; 2 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew, Christina Cauffman (Gary Zepeda), Kai Pope (father, John Oliver) and Kaylee Cauffman, all of Wichita; 1 great-great-niece, Maricella Zepeda of Wichita; best friends, Jan and Tony Lippincott of Topeka; nieces and nephews of the heart, Kimberley Cannady (Terry), children, Kayleigh, Spencer and Sydney of Salem, OR, and Kevin Lippincott (Jude), children, Kyle, of Shreveport, LA and Nicole of Topeka. Services are to be held by Downing and Lahey Mortuary East, 6555 E. Central in Wichita, 4 p.m., Monday, December 12. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
