Kluzak, Ellen E., 92, retired registered nurse and airline stewardess, died Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Services will be held at a later date. Preceded in death by husband, George J. Kluzak, 1 brother and 6 sisters. Survivors: sons, Jack Kluzak of Chicago, and Tom (Kathy) Kluzak of Wichita; grandchildren, Karen Gonzales, Grant Kluzak, Adam and Paul Kluzak; great-grandchildren, Carson and Alex Gonzales and Emily Kluzak. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with The Lords Diner, 520 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS, 67214. Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Services will be held at a later date.
