Preceded in death by parents, John and Rose Dugan; sister, Margaret Anne Winter; brother, Thomas Dugan, and two nephews. Survivors: husband, Leo; daughters and sons-in-law, Jeannine and Greg Pierce, Cecilia Minette, Suzanne and Tim Green; son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Stacie Kraus; brothers, John and Paul Dugan all of Wichita; sisters, Alice Schulte of Wichita and Judy Schoenecker of Akron, CO; seventeen grandchildren. Rosemary was a second mother to me. Whenever Mom, could not be there I could always depend on Rosemary to come through. I do know now that they are in Heaven together they will be catching up on everything. Too bad there aren’t any liquid refreshments for them to share!
