Lyon, Marie A. (Kauer), 96, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Marie was born on April 12, 1915. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 1 granddaughter. She is survived by daughter, Genevieve Lyon of Wichita, son, Truman Shirley Lyon, 2 grandchildren, Alesha Lyon and Vincent Lyon. Visitation _with the family will be 5 ~ 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 14 at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral services at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 15, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 7011 E. 13th. Graveside services held at Maple Grove Cemetery, Wichita, KS following the service. Memorials to The Mormon Church East.
