Joan Fern Hart, 83, retired from Rogers, Duncan, and Dillehay after 38 years, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. She loved cooking and going to Branson shows. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Monday, February 5, 2018, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Hazel Waknitz. Survived by her husband, Vernon Hart.
