Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Michelle / Mylene, Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I know both of you and your Mom were close. I will always remember Aunt Shirley and your family. Still have the fondest memories of all the family gatherings–both imediate and extended get togethers when we were youngsters. Wish we would do more of those. I am so sorry that I could not attend the service. I know work is not a good excuse–but I just could not pry away right at this time. Please know that I do truly understand your feelings of sadness and deep sense of loss. You will always dwell on all the good you had and did with your Mother/parents. I know. Regards and all my best wishes to you both and your families. Your Cousin, Chris. Christopher C. Sayler 370 Grist Mill Dr Acworth, GA 30101 (Atlanta)

  2. Mylene – I pray that God embraces you and your family with peace during this time. Your wonderful stories of your mom always touch my heart!! I know that as you remember her time on earth, it will fill your hearts with joy. Love you and praying for you! Charity Clark

  3. We are so sorry to hear about Shirley. Our prayers and love go to all of you during this very difficult time. ‘May she rest in peace and light perpetually shine upon her’. Amen We have sent a memorial to Via Christi Foundation Continuing Education for Nursing in Shirley’s honor. Blessings, Laura and Charlie Brown

  4. Thoughts and prayers to the family of this great woman. I was a patient of Dr. Rex Lee and Shirley took good care of me. Compassion and love describe her.

  5. The words ‘sweet’ and ‘pleasant’ come to mind when one thinks of Shirley. Her kind and gentle manner must have brought comfort to many, many people. She seemed to be a great caregiver and later was on the receiving end of a very caring family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of closure and remembering.
