Survivors: husband, Donald Ashel; daughters, Sherry (Russ) Bozarth of Wichita and Pam Gordon of Daytona Beach, FL; step-sons, Donald Ashel, Jr. and Aaron Ashel of Wichita; grandchildren, Shelly (Thatcher) Buckingham, Jerry (Michelle) Bozarth, Marci Harris, Brandon Ashel, Brandie Obiorah and Stacy (Rob) Wood; eight great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with the American Lung Association, 6401 E. Beachy, Wichita, KS, 67206.
