Terry L. Rhodes

Rhodes, Terry L., 62, ADD Accounting, Celebrations (Accountant), and retired CFO for Hertzler Medical Clinic (Halstead, KS), passed away Sunday, September 3, 2006. Rosary, 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 6; Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 7, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Wichita. Terry was born in Garden City and graduated from Garden City High School in 1961. He graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1965. He was a loving husband, father, and friend. Terry was a volunteer at Anthony Family Shelter, The Lords Diner, and worked with Habitat for Humanity. His passion was fishing and watching his daughters and grandchildren participate in sports. Terry also was a youth sports coach and was always available to help anyone in need. He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Katherine; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy and Jeff Ranney of Wichita, Jeni and Paul Bahr of Ellsworth; grandchildren, Darin, Josh, and Whitney; sister, Vera May Porter of Garden City; numerous nieces and nephews.
