Newton, Eugene “Gene” R., 90, retired Real Estate Agent passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Funeral services will be 10:00AM, Saturday, February 28, Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Survivors include daughter, Ann Martin of Milpitas, CA; step-daughters, Donna Cox of Denver, CO and Deanna Harvey of Springfield, VA; brothers, LeRoy A. Newton of Abilene, KS; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Genoa (Jean) Newton in 2007, his parents Harry Gladys (Curry) Newton and a brother, Kenneth R. Newton.
