Edward D. Szczepanik

Edward D. “Eddie” Szczepanik 65, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016. His mothers “little angel on earth,” Eddie was born three months early on January 8, 1951, to Edward and Donna Szczepanik, who preceded him in death. He loved food (especially Milky Ways and root beer), swimming, and visitors, whom he entertained with his motorboat impression. Survivors: brother, Mike (Mary) Szczepanik of Columbus, OH; sisters, Vicki (John) Hanaka of Wichita, Betsy (Bruce) Relph of Augusta; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins. Thank you to everyone who has cared for and loved him over the years, from the Institute of Logopedics and Winfield State Hospital and Training Center to Creative Community Living and Easter Seals. Rosary will be at 7:30 P.M., Wednesday, May 18, 2016; Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 19, 2016, both at Holy Savior Catholic Church.
