Guestbook

  1. Dear Marsha and Family, I was so sorry to read of Ed’s death. I remember him so fondly. May you be blessed with all good memories. Affectionately, Marge Rine

  2. Marsha & family: My heart has been heavy for you–what a loss for you, but I can’t feel sad for Ed–I know where he is and I can only imagine that singing in the very presence of God is an awesome experience. Ed sang at our wedding and I so enjoyed getting to know him as we selected music, and I have enjoyed visiting with him at the office over the years. He will be missed.

  3. Marsha, I was saddened to learn of Ed’s untimely passing. I was acquainted with Ed for many years, going all the way back to Friends University, and I always enjoyed and admired his genial and benevolent outlook on the world. And, oh, that glorious voice! My thoughts and prayers are with you and the children in this difficult time…

    • he was my WONDERFUL brother.. i LOVED hearing him belt out some Mario Lanza the way only he could 😀

  4. To the family of Lance McClure. I was sorry to hear of lance’s passing, but know the he is with his Lord and Savior today, where he is rejoicing. I sang with the Calvary Echoes when Lance sang tenor with the group. What a pleasure it was to have known and sang with him.He was a blessing to all of us. I know that beautiful tenor voice is singing strong today on the streets of glory. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. May God bless and comfort you as only He can.

  5. Dear Marsha,David, Joel and Susannah, It was a sad message to hear of Lance’s passing, but we know he is now celebrating in the presence of our Lord. May God wrap his comforting arms around you at this time. You all will be in our prayers.

  6. ‘Lanny’ was my brother.. half brother. we did share the same mother. i was very saddened to have never been notified of his passing until eight years prior. i never thought of him as a ‘half’ brother. he was my big brother and a wonderful opera singer who could bring tears to your eyes singing ‘Oh Danny Boy.’ Certainly, we were not step-siblings and both dearly loved our mother Lou Ella Kuhn ‘Wiysel’ who passed in 1989. I think it is crucial that his children know this fact. We were blood related and I always loved you my precious neice and nephews, please know this. May the peace of the lord rule your heart. ‘Ed’ as he was called later in life (he was always ‘Lanny’ to me 🙂 was a very spiritual person like his mother, Lou
