Barbara F. Bobbi Hollar

Hollar, Barbara F. “Bobbi,” 85, died Sunday, May 18, 2014. Born 1928 in Albany, NY. Graduated from Northbrook High School, Illinois, and from the University of Colorado (1950) where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, ASUC student governing body, NSA, Coloradan yearbook, and a Pacesetter. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Donald D. Hollar; and her parents, Louise Noyes Folley and Robert C. Folley. She leaves her children, Robyn Smith (Bob) Harrell, Juli Glasco Pearson, Linda (Gerry) Guignard; grandchildren, Jessica Glasco (Jason) Reese, Lindsey Glasco, Ryan Rouse, Jeffrey (Shay) Luster, Keri Luster; six great-grandchildren. She was also blessed by former sons-in-law, Gary (Allison) Luster, and John Glasco; and by cousins, Gail Wernsing, Lynn Cortis of Waterville, NY. A Wichita resident since 1954, she has been a member and past president of Kappa Alpha Theta Wichita Alums, Lambda Tau Delta sorority, Gallery XII, and of the Ladies Board of Crestview Country Club; and was a member of Wichita Women Artists, KAOP Oil Painters Association; Choral Arts; Autumn Chase Home-Owners Association. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 13, 2014, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Memorials have been established with American Cancer Society, 330 S.
