Steven Edward Atkisson, 64, Glazer Liquor Distributor sales representative, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016. Visitation with family and friends, 10 a.m.; Funeral Service, 11 a.m., both Thursday, February 11, Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Burial, 12 p.m., Friday, February 12, Hays City Cemetery, Hays, KS. Preceded in death by parents, Leona and Roy K. Atkisson, and brother, Roy "Kenny" Atkisson. Survivors: children, Leah Marie Pedersen (Dallas) of New Strawn, KS, Chad C. Savage (Semra Johns) of Lees Summit, MO, Amy Ann Kostycz (Tim) of Castle Rock, CO; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; his dog and best friend, Jack; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
