Ava Jean Brack

Brack, Ava Jean, 92, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013. Jean was born in Grady County, Oklahoma in 1921. She and Riley Brack were married in Wichita, Kansas in 1945. Riley was a navigator in the Air Force during WWII. After completing his service, they both moved back to Wichita and each worked forty years for Beech Air Craft. They traveled extensively to all the states, Canada, and Europe. They were avid fishermen and hunters. Jean will be buried in Old Mission Mausoleum where Riley is buried. Survivors include her sister, Patsy Newberry of Houston, Texas; sister, Glenn and Betty Bickel of Plainview, Texas; several nieces and nephews. She is a member of East Heights United Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 30, 2013, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary.
