Graves, Mayford O., 84, office manager at Bartlett Trust, died Saturday, September 8, 2007. Memorial service 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 22, Plymouth Congregational Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Maxine and son-in-law, Edward Lance McClure, he is survived by daughters, Marsha McClure, Wichita, KS and Marla (Richard) Lowen, Eugene, OR; grandchildren, David, Joel Susannah McClure, Matthew (Lindsey) and Adam (Jessica) Lowen; and one great-granddaughter. Memorials have been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202 and Plymouth Congregational Church, 202 N. Clifton, Wichita, KS 67208. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.

I just learned of the deaths of Mayford and Maxine Graves as of February 2008. I met them in the 1970’s working with Maxine in downtown Wichita. My friendship continued through the mid 80’s but then as it happens my wife and I moved and we left Wichita. I lost touch with them as a result of their move from a couple of moves the had in Wichita. They were great friends and I was very priviledged to have known them. Michael Huffman
Dear Bill & Teresa, Dayne called me and informed me of the passing of Jeffrey yesterday. Even though I did not know him personally, because he is one of your children, I just wanted to offer you my sincerest condolences. I realize that at a time like this that the only one that can give the comfort needed at present and in the future is Jesus, and be assured that you & your family will be held up in prayer for that comfort now and in the future.
