(Chapman) Moore, brothers, Jack and Billy and sister, Teresa. Survivors: husband, Tom; daughter, Lisa Heibert of Belle Plaine, KS; brothers, Wayne Moore of Augusta, KS, David Moore of Wichita and Joe Moore of Rose Hill, KS; sisters, Nancy Thiesene of Wichita and Shirlene Dean of Conway Springs, KS; two grandchildren. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
