Dear Mohr family, This has been a very difficult year for you all. I never met Marvel but I felt I knew her through Cathi. I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that I think of Cathi everyday. She touched my life in ways that I am still discovering. I pray that God’s grace will cover you in this time. Mary Beth
To The Family Of Bill and Marvel Mohr , Jeanne and i send out heart felt wishes to all of you due to the passing of two very fine people. Bill picked me up to go to work at the P.d. for several years and he sure was a credit to the police department and to the city of Wichita. But behind every good man there is a woman and Marvel was just that. They will be long remembered by so many for years tto Come. God Be with all of YOU. Jeanne and Bill Hannon ret. P.D. 1983
