Bannister, Mary Elizabeth, 87, retired material secretary for Boeing, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008. Visitation with the family 6 to 8 PM, Sunday, Feb. 17, Downing Lahey East Chapel. Services 11 AM Monday, Feb. 18 at Central Christian Church Chapel. Preceded in death by her husband, Sam W. Jr. Survivors: sons daughter-in-laws, William W. Conni Bannister of Wichita, John C. Barbara Bannister of Frisco, TX, Sam III Dana Bannister of Wichita; grandchildren, Bill, Eric, Chris, Lisa Corey Bannister and Becky Richards; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. A memorial has been established with Central Christian Church, 2900 N. Rock Rd., Wichita, KS, 67226.
Vistation with the family 6 to 8 PM, Sunday, Feb. 17, Downing Lahey East Chapel.
