Winquist, Jo-Ann Jackson, 76, homemaker, died December 28, 2008 with family by her side. Viewing will be 1:00 ~ 6:00 P.M., Thursday, January 1 and 8:00 A.M. ~ 9:00 P.M., Friday, January 2. Funeral service 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 3, 2009, at Reformation Lutheran Church, with burial to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Jo-Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Brownlow Jackson and Barbara Strother, and her daughter, Jeanne. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Arthur A., of the home; twin sons, William (Kathleen), of Charlotte, N.C. and Robert, of Wichita; daughters, Deborah, triplets Elizabeth, Nancy R. Brown, all of Wichita, and Kimberly A. (Kelly) Lester, of Erie, KS; sister, Elizabeth (Clayton) McCartney, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; grandchildren, Beau Desmarteau, Michelle Desmarteau, and Kelsie A.
