Mary K. Ellis

Ellis, Mary K. Slease, 88, retired Interior Decorator, passed away Monday, February 13, 2006. The service will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 17 at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Mary was a member of East Heights United Methodist Church and volunteered with Friends of Wesley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Cody Slease and Lenora Hall Slease, daughter, Marilyn, brothers, Herbert, Merle, William and Charles, sisters, Iva and Barbara. Survivors: sons, Robert Ellis and spouse, Jane of Colorado Springs, CO and James Ellis and spouse, Ann of La Jolla, CA; daughter, Judy Wellshear and spouse, William of Wichita. She is also survived by grandchildren, Bobby Ellis, Jr., Debbie Elges, Sandy Pipkin, Lisa Strunk, Joseph Cox, III, Chris Ellis, Peter Ellis and Elizabeth Ellis; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; 3 nephews; 2 nieces.
