Cecilia Jessie Duncan

Duncan, Cecilia “Jessie,” 80, passed away September 13, 2014 at Regent Park. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Visitation with the family will be 6:30 P.M., Wednesday, September 17, with a Rosary Service at 7:30 P.M., both at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 18, 2014, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Derby. She was born November 22, 1933. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Duncan. Jessie is survived by her children, Paul Duncan, Jim Duncan (Rose), and Sherry Duncan; brothers, Manuel Arroyo (Pat), Juan Arroyo (Nancy); sisters, Josephine Cervantes (Felipe), and Carol Harrington (Tom); grandchildren, Tyler Schmidt, Jennifer Powell, Scott Morris, Amy Spexarth, and Sarah Duncan; four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with the American Cancer Society, 330 S. Main, Suite 100, Wichita, KS 67202, and Victory in the Valley, 3755 E. Douglas Ave., Wichita, KS 67218.
