June Peugh

Peugh, June, passed away on May 27, 2006. She was born on June 13, 1925 in Elmore City, Oklahoma, the sixth of nine children. June was a homemaker and mother and over the years served as Hillside Christian Church Hostess and Deacon, the restaurant manager at Wichita Art Museum, a secretary at Wichita State University, a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and P.E.O. Chapter of Wichita. June is survived by her husband Robert (Bob), sons; Benton from Seattle and Mark from California and their wives Dorothy Rissman and Diana, as well as Grandson; Thorin from Maryland, granddaughter; Jordon Peugh and husband Michael Shelley and their daughter Juniper from New Jersey, grandson, Christian Jaillite, wife Cindy and their son James, and Junes sister Joan Garner from Oklahoma. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, May 31 at Hillside Christian Church, 8330 East Douglas Avenue, Wichita KS 67206. Memorials have been established with Hillside Christian Church and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202.
