Survived by her daughters, Julie Westphal of Wichita, KS, Katie Westphal of Eureka, KS; brother, Charles Breitbach; grandson, Dalton Griest; Richard Westphal, father of Julie and Katie; friend and caretaker, Brandi Bunyan. A memorial has been established with Stratford Home, 1425 N. Stratford Lane, Wichita, KS 67206.
