Dustin Robert Dvorak

Dvorak, Dustin Robert, 26, Spirit AeroSystems passed away September 15, 2012. Dustin enjoyed his job, furthering his education, working on his home with his father, brother and wife, spending time outdoors and being with his friends and family. Dustin was a beloved son, husband, brother and friend. Survived by wife Leslie; Parents Dale Dvorak (Lori), Wichita, KS, Connie (Earl) Hagene, Hastings, FL; Brothers Casey Dvorak, Ryan (Carla) Sumner. Grandparents Harold Marie Thompson, Harlingen, TX, Rose Collins Wichita, KS, In-laws Brad (Shirley) Bennett and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother Shawn Hagene and Grandfather William Collins.
