Hanson, John L., 72, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013. John was born January 11, 1941 in Girard, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Theo; children, Shayne Hanson (Lisa), Risa Olds, Brent Hanson, Amber Wilson (Mike), and Chad Hanson (Melissa); grandchildren, Austin Hanson, Teresa Hanson, Keely Hanson, Christian Hanson, Colby White, Chase White, Jessee Koehn, George Olds, Dominic Falzone, Colton Hanson, Chase Hanson, Matthew Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Chad Hanson II, Mitchell Hanson, Bradley Hanson; and great-grandchild, Joseph Hanson; brother, Jim Hanson (Judy) of Girard, KS. He was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Ruth Hanson; sister, Mattie Jo Nuss; and nephew, Troy Nuss. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., Friday, January 3, 2014 at Downing and Lahey Mortuary, 6555 E.
