Billie served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of Vietnam. He was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Mary Moore; sister, Pam Fisher. Survivors: sisters, Jodi Burnett of Independence, MO, Mary Harrington and Carylon Gouker both of Woodward, OK, Ida Sulenes of Statesville, NC, Shirley Jones of Cimarron, KS; brother, Bob Moore and wife, Dot, of Pratt; numerous nieces and nephews.
