The service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 23 at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Deshler, NE. Preceded by parents, Joseph and Phyllis Quinlan and brother, James Quinlan. Survivors: sister, Sheree Segraves (Stewart); nephews, Steven Segraves and Matthew Segraves, all of Wichita; step-mother, Etha Quinlan of Sun City, AZ.
