A Celebration of Jacks Life will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 22, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East Chapel. Survived by wife, Pearl; son, Gary (Andrea) Tolbert of Rose Hill, KS; daughter, Joleta Laktash of Des Moines, IA; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
