Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. We will miss our sister Betty, and we treasure our memories of her. We are grateful for our recent visit with her and her sons and their families. Our Wichita family is in our hearts and prayers.

  2. Dear Mark, Matt, Morrie and families, We were so sad to hear about the passing of your dear sweet mom. Many happy memories of her and your dad came back to remind us of the fun neighbors across the street. Those were some good years. We’re sorry we weren’t better keeping in touch. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

  3. Dear Morrie & Family, Please accept my sincere heartfelt sympathy & condolences in the loss of your Mom. She will be missed by a lot of people. You’re in my thoughts & prayers. Bert Stalker

  4. Betty Sheets was such a wonderful and happy part of my life. She was a constant in my early crucial years…meaning she was constantly looking out for others, constantly cheerful, constantly positive, constantly supportive, constantly fun! I am very sorry for her passing. I know you will find some comfort within your strong and loving family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this terribly difficult time of sorrow. Love, Missy

  5. Its been almost 70 years that The Hamilton Jr. High School gang first met.and we have been close for all of these many years. Betty was always so happy and i thought of her as a little sister that i never had. When we started to go to East High i would pick her up every morning and take her to school on my bike or car (when i was old enough to drive). Her mom and dad were extra nice and Betty looked like her mother when she got older. She was a diamond that always shined. We had many great time together in High school and it a great loss that you and for those of us that also loved her . We have great memories and a number of photos to look at of Betty. My thought and prayers go out to the family that she left behind. There is Love in Christ. Bill Hannon and Wife Jeanne

  6. I am sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I worked many years at Watkins Inc. with your father, Gerald. He told many funny stories about Betty and his 3 sons, and I’d laugh so hard I cried. I think he would start off every morning telling a story of what happened at home the night before. You boys kept your parents pretty busy. I’ll never forget the day he brought Rose to work. He came in carrying this big dog to show her off. Everyone had a great time. I know you will miss your mother, but share the memories. They are worth sharing.
