Kucharo, Jane Louise, 76, homemaker, died Friday, February 20, 2009. Rosary, 6:00 P.M., Sunday, February 22; Service, 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 23, both at St. Marys Cathedral. Preceded in death by husband, Richard A. Kucharo, Jr.; brother, J. Arch Lewis; granddaughter, Abigail L. White. Survivors: daughters, Beth Shearer of Salina, Diana M. White (Wayne) of El Dorado; sons, Larry of Wichita, Tim A. (Stephanie) of Sedgwick, Steve of Kansas City; sisters, Mary D. Lewis of Kansas City, Corrine Potvin (Jerry) of El Dorado, Barbara Breckenridge (Bob) of Waterville; sister-in-law, Rita Lewis of Wichita; brother-in-law, Mike Kucharo (Susan) of Phoenix; 8 grandchildren. Memorial established with St. Marys Cathedral, 307 E. Central, Wichita, KS 67202 and Alzheimers Association, 347 Laura, Wichita, KS 67211. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.

Diana,Beth,Larry,Tim,Steve. I am very sorry for the loss of your mother. She raised 5 wonderful children and served the church and the lord faithfully and will be truly missed. Dear Tim and Stephanie, I was so sorry to hear of your Mother’s death. Tim and I wish more than ever that we could be there to offer some support or comfort. It has certainly been a wild week or two. I am sure you are stunned. Be strong, know that the lord is with you and you are in our prayers. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate eveything that you and the rest of the family has done in our absence. I hope we can get together later this year. In the meantime, we will be making a contribution in honor of Mrs. Kucharo and hope that the upcomming joy of a new grnadchild can help carry you thru. Give our love to the kids. Tim and Jeri
