Frobish, Robert L., 88, retired Civil Engineer, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012. Memorial service is 1:00 pm Friday at Downing and Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Ethel (Conklin) Frobish; sisters, June Frye and Bernice Brown. Survivors include his wife Maxine; sons, Robert (Cynthia) Frobish, Jr. of Boulder Creek, CA, Dennis (Marilyn) Frobish of Jacksonville, FL, Jon (Ulla) Frobish of Wichita, Kent (Susan) Frobish of Lincoln, NE; sister, Barbara Peterson of Madison, WI; seven grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1great-great grandchild.

I will always remember Bob as an easy-going helpful man. I am sorry that I did not visit the last few months.

I am sorry to learn of your family sorrow. The death of a loved one is difficult. If I may, I’d like to share scripture found in your Bible that may help in some way. Please read John 6:40, 44, Ps. 36:9 and Ps. 37:29.
I wanted to wish the family the very best in this difficult time. I was Bob’s barber for many years in Topeka. I have fond memories of Bob as a very kind and caring person. I always liked Bob’s sense of humor and his dedication to his family. He will truly be missed. God Bless,Dan Milburn
Dear Maxine, Bob, Dennis and all, I’m so sorry to hear of Bob’s death. He was such a great role model for many in our church in Topeka. I will be in Wichita on Friday for the state wrestling meet and will try to come for the service, if possible. Our family sends our love to all of you.
