Hayes, Robert L., 73, husband, father, and founder of The Hayes Company, Inc., died Thursday, June 7, 2007. Rosary, 7:00 P.M., Sunday, June 10; Funeral Mass, 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 11, both at St. Jude Catholic Church. Preceded in death by parents, William and Rosina Hayes; brothers, Harold and William Ecker. Survivors: wife, Louise; sons, Steve (Michelle) Hayes, Philip Hayes, William (Caroline) Hayes, Joe (Cathie) Hayes; daughter, Ginny Hayes, all of Wichita; grandchildren, Danielle, Eric, Megan, Nicole, Vincent, Kyle, Natalie, Patrick, Christopher and Joseph. Memorials have been established with St. Jude Catholic Church, 3130 Amidon, Wichita, KS 67204 and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202. Downing Lahey Mortuary West.
