John Bradbury
95, of Wichita, passed away January 8, 2019. He was born in Greenwood County, Kansas, on September 6, 1923 to Roy and Lulu (Singleton) Bradbury. He was a WWII veteran as a Radio Operator on a B-24 Bomber in the South Pacific. He retired from McCormick-Armstrong as a Graphic Artist. Survived by his wife, Joyce (North) Bradbury; sons, Steve (Shelley) Bradbury, Wichita, KS, and Rick (Georganne) Bradbury, Terlingua, TX; grandchildren, Michelle (Tom) Bergquist, Newton, KS; Kristin (Kirk) Gerdes, Morgantown, WV; Johnny (Kelli) Bradbury, Houston, TX; Ali (Andrew) Finley, Austin, TX; 3 step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 9 step-greatgrandchildren. Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15 at Grace Presbyterian Church, 5002 E. Douglas, Wichita 67208. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to memorials established at Grace Presbyterian Church, or Newton Presbyterian Manor Employee Scholarship Fund, 1200 East 7th, Newton, Kansas 67114. I knew Mr. John through my Father Frank Coslett whom he worked with at McCormick Armstrong. He was a Wonderful compassionate Man and a Very Gifted Artist! Thank you John for your Service! Rest Well!
