Dorothy Ann “Dottie” Hornbeck, 88, died Sunday, September 28, 2014. Rosary service will be 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 1, and Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 2, both at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Mausoleum. Dottie was preceded by her parents, Alvia P. and Lola M. Jander; husband, James; sister, Corinne Moran. She is survived by her children, Philip Hornbeck of Haysville, Doug Hornbeck (Donna) of Melvern, KS, Gwen Snyder (Bruce) and Tom Hornbeck (Debbie) all of Wichita; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
