George S. Vakas, 82, died Friday, February 1, 2019. Native Kansan born January 19, 1937 to Louis and Thelma Vakas, George was employed as a medical insurance clerk. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John. He is survived by his brother, Gus of Wichita. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, February 8, 2019, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary - East Chapel.
