Hladik, Fred C., 91, retired after 41 years from Cessna Aircraft as a mechanic, died Friday, February 27, 2009. Service 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 2, Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Fred was a long-time member of Greenwich United Methodist Church and a 70 year member of Greenwich IOOF Lodge. Preceded in death by parents, 7 brothers, 2 sisters and son-in-law, Marvin Henry. Survivors: wife, Margaret (DeMoss) Hladik; daughters, Peggy Hutchison (George) of Grove, OK and Carolyn Rowland (Marion) of Peabody, KS; grandchildren, Greg Hutchison (Pam) of Broken Arrow, OK, Lisa Anderson (John) of Seneca, IL, Sheri Glover (Brad) of Whitewater, KS, Becky Kyle (Bob) of Peabody, KS and Brian Henry (Katy) of Rural Wichita, KS; step-grandchildren, Scott Rowland (Amber) of Lawrence, KS and Ashley Rowland of Whitewater, KS; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild.
