Randall, Leland K., 82, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 surrounded by his family. Visitation with the family will be from 2:00-4:00 P.M., Sunday, October 6, 2013, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 A.M., Monday, October 7, 2013 at Countryside Christian Church. Burial will follow at 3:30 P.M., at Waynoka Cemetery, Waynoka, OK. He was born in Yates Center, KS to H. Dean and Selma Jarratt Randall, the youngest of four children. Leland retired from Cessna Aircraft in 1990 after 40 years of service. He also spent four years in the U.S. Navy as a meteorologist. After retirement, he spent many years farming outside of Waynoka, OK, spending time with his family, and watching his granddaughters school activities. He loved to fish and hunt, and went on many vacations with his family. Many knew him as Pedro or Randy, but his family knew him as Honey, Daddy, Papa, and Poppy. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Bill Randall. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Lavina “Cindy” Randall; son, Kenneth Randall; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Daniel Wegner; grandchildren, Nicole and Stephan Meynier, Allison Wegner and fianc, Evan Marshall; sister, Margaret Bacon; brother, Don Randall; sister-in-laws, Viva Bowers, Darlene (Chet) Shelite; brother-in-law, Vernon (Sharon) Barnes. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and two cats, Lillie and Pumpkin. He was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
