John Henry Bush

Bush, John Henry, 91, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2010. Private family services to be held. John was born March 27, 1919 in Leon, KS. He grew up Wichita; graduated from East High School; then joined the Navy. He served again during WWII and the Korean War. He was owner of Linwood Foundry and Southwest Sporting Goods Co. John retired from Boeing as an engineer in the tool liaison department and from Nickelson Tool and Die Co. He was a lifetime member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Albert Pike Masonic Lodge, and Midian Shrine. Married Mina Depew in 1941, she survives. Preceded in death by brothers, Donald W. of Colorado Springs, CO and Jimmie D. of Oceanside, CA. Also survived by daughter, Rebecca Pike; grandsons, Allen Pike and Jason Pike; and great-grandchildren, Ivy, Jade, Chase, and Max.
