John W. Spicer, 97, founder of Rainbow Construction, died Saturday, June 14, 2014. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Downing Lahey Mortuary West. Preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Anna Spicer; wife, Frances Spicer; daughter, Carolyn Carney; son, Thomas Spicer. Survived by his grandson, Jonathan (Amy) Carney of Strafford, MO; great-granddaughter, Fabian Carney.
