Adame, Donna Lee, 79, Retired Secretary for the City of Wichita, died Thursday, March 5, 2015. Visitation with the Family will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Central Christian Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Maybelle Downing; siblings, Jack Downing, Norma Barnes. Survived by her husband, Robert Adame whom she married on April 2, 1966 in Wichita, KS; children, Gregory Ciskowski of Amarillo, TX, Vicki Lappan of Valley Center, KS; grandchildren, Kristina Jones, Jennifer Espinoza (Jose), Michelle Downs (Jonathan), Jimmy Lappan (Audrey), Alexis Williams, Tatum Williams; 11 great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 South Market, Wichita, KS 67202. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
