Julia “Judy” Tiemeyer, 91, loving wife and mother, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Rosary, 9 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial, 9:30 a.m., both Saturday, June 21, Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Halstead. Burial will follow at 1 p.m., St. Rose Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Anna Kathman; husband of 68 years, Ray; son John; siblings, Rich, Vi, Em, Rose and Bill. Survivors: children, Stan (Sherry) of Lawrence, Jerry (Kathy) of Wichita; siblings, Edna, Jane, Ann, Kathy and Evelyn; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
